Week Eighteen
Seffner (Tampa), FL
If you are one
of our friends with a motor home or travel trailer, attending a rally at
Lazydays Rally Park is a must. Catered
meals, great entertainment and lots of new friends! We had a great time “kicking tires” and wandering through the
new coaches. Life is good in sunny, 75°
weather!

We left
Lazydays on Thursday and drove east headed to Vero Beach on the Atlantic coast
of Florida. We couldn’t leave Florida
without stopping in to visit with Bob and Janice. These are the folks responsible for getting us hooked on the
motor homing lifestyle.
Good food,
good drinks and GREAT Friends. . .
The weather was
beautiful and it was great to be “on the road” again and visiting old
friends. We used this time in coastal
Florida (Sebastian to Vero Beach) to check out housing and communities.
We drove down
the coast to a small waterway and saw our first manatee. They swim just below the surface and all you
can generally see is a shadow in the water and an occasion nose poking out of
the water. The Blue Heron was casually
“fishing” along the shore not far from the Manatee.
